Ambulance Dispatch & Shift Coordinator
Location: Campsie BT47 3XX
Salary: £28,860 negotiable
Contract: Full-Time

About the Role
As an Ambulance Dispatch & Shift Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee the effective scheduling and coordination of ambulance shifts.
- Monitor and manage dispatch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Be the first point of contact for on-call situations, occasionally responding to operational needs outside standard hours.
- Collaborate closely with the team to handle real-time changes and challenges.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to manage occasional on-call responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in dispatch or shift coordination is desirable but not essential.

To be eligible for a position in the Ambulance service you must Complete an Access NI Enhanced Disclosure.
Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
A copy of the Access NI Code of Practice will be made available to all applicants upon request.
