What is long COVID?

The most common signs & symptoms of long Covid
There are a wide range of symptoms that come with COVID-19, but some of the most common signs that you could be suffering from it include:
Fatigue
Fatigue is one of the most common signs that you could be suffering from long Covid. Fatigue is constant tiredness that can be physical, mental, or both.
Shortness of Breath
Are you regularly out of breath? This is another common sign that you could still be impacted by coronavirus.
Muscle Aches
Many long Covid patients also report that they find their muscles ache. This is reported to feel similar to muscle ache when suffering from the flu.
Loss of taste & smell
Although this is now less common than it was at the start of the pandemic, losing your sense of taste and smell can also be a sign of long Covid.
Other possible symptoms include brain fog, chest pain, difficulty sleeping, and dizziness.
