Fresh from launching our all-new Independent Ambulance Service in Northern Ireland, we are very excited to be becoming members of the Independent Ambulance Association (IAA). Our new service is designed to provide patients across Northern Ireland with exceptional service that blends expert support with cutting-edge solutions.
What is the Independent Ambulance Association?
Established in 2012, this prestigious organisation is the first not-for-profit trade association for UK-based independent ambulance providers. The IAA is committed to raising and maintaining the highest standards of care within the independent ambulance sector. Alongside this, the organisation also represents the views of its members with healthcare policymakers and on several government strategic advisory groups.
Becoming part of an association such as the IAA cements our commitment to providing our patients with the very best support and care possible, and we are joining an illustrious array of independent ambulance providers of all sizes working across the United Kingdom.
Being part of the association will give members of the public, commissioners and event organisers added reassurance that we are a sustainable and viable independent ambulance provider. It also showcases that we have met all of their extensive criteria for membership, which are the same assessment criteria that are used by the NHS Ambulance Trusts.
