Clinical assessment
Your health history, current medicines, goals and eligibility are reviewed before treatment is considered.
A structured programme combining Wegovy or Mounjaro where clinically appropriate with medical review, ongoing support and practical lifestyle change.

The aim is safer, sustainable progress with the clinical oversight to know when to continue, adjust or stop.
Your health history, current medicines, goals and eligibility are reviewed before treatment is considered.
Wegovy or Mounjaro may be prescribed when a UK clinician decides it is safe and appropriate for you.
Progress, tolerability and side effects are reviewed as your dose and treatment plan develop.
Medication is used alongside nutrition, activity and behaviour changes designed for long-term health.
Both are prescription-only, once-weekly treatments. A clinician—not a preference quiz—decides whether either is suitable.
A GLP-1 medicine that acts on appetite pathways, helping you feel fuller and less hungry. Treatment starts at a lower dose and is adjusted gradually when appropriate.
A dual GIP and GLP-1 medicine that acts on appetite and blood-sugar pathways. It is also started at a low dose and increased gradually when clinically appropriate.
A BMI calculation can be a useful starting point, but it cannot identify contraindications, medicine interactions or the treatment most appropriate for you.
Ask about eligibilityEligibility considers BMI and weight-related conditions, not appearance or a short-term target.
Diabetes medicines and other treatments may need closer review or adjustment.
Digestive, pancreatic, gallbladder and other relevant health history must be considered.
Pregnancy plans, contraception, breastfeeding and upcoming surgery all require specific advice.
Medication and pricing vary by dose and clinical assessment. Contact our team for current programme information and the most appropriate next step.

Important medication information
Common effects: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation and stomach discomfort can occur, especially during dose changes.
Seek urgent help: severe, persistent abdominal pain that may spread to the back, with or without vomiting, can be a sign of pancreatitis.
Pregnancy: do not use these medicines while pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding. Contact a clinician if pregnancy is suspected.
Surgery or sedation: tell the healthcare and anaesthetic team that you use a GLP-1 medicine before any procedure.
This is not a complete list of risks or side effects. Read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medicine and follow the advice of your prescriber and pharmacist.
Prescription approval is never guaranteed. The eligibility assessment and clinician review determine whether the potential benefits outweigh the risks for you.
These medicines are generally licensed for adults living with obesity, or adults who are overweight and also have a weight-related health condition. BMI is only part of the assessment. Your medical history, current medicines and individual risks must also be reviewed before a prescription can be considered.
