About Jace Medical
Founded in 2010, Jace Medical has grown from a local blood testing service into an independent healthcare group, serving patients, employers and healthcare partners across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
Our story
What began with private blood testing grew into wider testing, medical assessments, independent ambulance services and private surgical care.
The organisation expanded significantly in response to changing community needs, including large-scale testing during the pandemic and continued investment in clinical facilities in the North West.
Today the focus remains practical: give people clearer access to professional care, explain the pathway properly and treat every patient with dignity.
Clinical leadership
Jace Medical was founded by consultant doctor John T. Doherty. Dr Doherty also reviews the health guides published on this site, so the information patients read is clinically checked.
Registered with the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA).
Jace Medical Ambulance is a member of the Independent Ambulance Association.
